Delete your Lotse account

In the app

Open Lotse and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings and tap Delete account (at the bottom, under "Danger zone").
Confirm.

This deletes your account and the data stored for it in our database: profile, tasks and their logs, templates, notification settings and usage counters. Backups are overwritten within a short period.

Without the app

Send an e-mail to tigermm609@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in to Lotse, with the subject "Delete my Lotse account". I delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is not deleted

The GitHub App. Deleting your Lotse account does not remove the GitHub App "Lotse Agent" from GitHub. Remove it on GitHub: Settings, Applications, Installed GitHub Apps, Lotse Agent, Uninstall. Pull requests and branches already created stay in your repositories.
Your subscription. Cancel Lotse Pro in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store; deleting the account does not cancel it.
Purchase records that tax law requires me to keep are retained for up to 10 years.

Deutsch: Konto löschen

In der App: Lotse öffnen, mit dem Konto anmelden, Einstellungen, ganz unten unter „Danger zone“ Delete account (Konto löschen) antippen und bestätigen. Dabei werden dein Konto und die dazu gespeicherten Daten gelöscht (Profil, Aufträge und ihre Protokolle, Vorlagen, Benachrichtigungseinstellungen, Nutzungszähler).

Ohne App: Schreib eine E-Mail an tigermm609@gmail.com von der Adresse, mit der du dich bei Lotse anmeldest, Betreff „Lotse-Konto löschen“. Ich lösche das Konto und seine Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätige es per E-Mail.

Nicht gelöscht werden: die GitHub App „Lotse Agent“ (auf GitHub deinstallieren), dein Abo (in den Abo-Einstellungen von Google Play oder dem App Store kündigen) und Kaufbelege, die ich aus steuerlichen Gründen bis zu 10 Jahre aufbewahren muss.
